I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, surrounded by numerous shopping and dining options. Being directly across from the new mall was extremely convenient. Moreover, the hotel was very close to the Des Moines area. The cleanliness of the property, both inside and out, was impeccable. The rooms were great, with clean and modern bathrooms and plenty of towels provided. The king-sized bed was super comfortable, and the room darkening shade allowed me to sleep as late as I wanted. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with in-room amenities like a refrigerator and Keurig. Additionally, the staff provided excellent customer service, and the breakfast was delicious. The separate serving and eating areas eliminated crowding and made for a pleasant dining experience.
